Alba Padilla

Founder and CEO, Alba’s Organic

More than 20 years ago, I began my journey in the cleaning industry, even though it was not the path I originally envisioned for my life. Over time, as I worked in homes, offices, banks, and buildings of every kind, I discovered that every space deserves care, intention, and attention to detail. That realization led me to truly love this industry and to build a company focused on quality, trust, and service.
 

I founded Alba’s Organic as a family-owned business rooted in integrity, excellence, and respect for both people and spaces. I am a firm believer that no job is done alone and that meaningful, lasting results are achieved through collaboration.
 

Today, Alba’s Organic is a true family business. I work alongside my son, my niece, and an extraordinary team I proudly consider family. Together, we share a commitment to high standards, clear systems, and dependable service.

Beyond leading the company, I enjoy connecting with people and actively serving our community. I am currently part of the leadership and service teams for two churches in the Vail Valley, Colorado, where teamwork and shared purpose guide everything we do.
 

I live by the belief that “Great things in business are never done by one person; they are done by a team of people.” This philosophy continues to shape how we lead, serve, and grow together.

Reynaldo Trillo

President

Reynaldo Trillo is President of Alba’s Organic, where he works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are executed with efficiency and care. He plays a key role in building strong relationships, supporting staff, and maintaining the high standards that define the company’s work.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Reynaldo values teamwork, trust, and long-term partnerships. Outside of work, he’s a foodie at heart who enjoys going to the gym, practicing Muay Thai, and watching sports.

Diana Saenz

Co-Shareholder

Diana Saenz is a co-shareholder of Alba’s Organic Corp and oversees janitorial operations from the state of Florida. Diana plays a key role in the company’s growth, contributing leadership, operational support, and a long-term vision, particularly through the expansion and management of janitorial services in Florida.

Her work reflects a deep commitment to teamwork, integrity, and excellence, as she continues to build and strengthen the company alongside Alba with care and purpose.

Fabiola Alba's Organic

Fabiola Carrillo

Director of Operations

 

Fabi manages property oversight, team coordination, and quality control across all services. She plays a key role in ensuring cleaning standards are always met consistently and that each property receives the care and attention it deserves. Her focus is on overall organization, follow-through, and operations.

Mitzy

Mitzy Loredo

Administrative Assistant


Mitzy supports the administrative side of Alba’s Organic by helping keep documents, records, and internal communication organized. She assists with banking reviews, coordination tasks, and day-to-day support for the team. Her work helps ensure smooth operations and clear internal processes.

Daneet Montes

Operations & Admin Assistant


Daneet serves as the Operations & Administrative Assistant, managing invoicing, payment tracking, and administrative workflows that support the company’s daily operations. She leads document organization, communication support, and website updates to maintain structure and consistency.
