Payment
Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in service delays or cancellation.
Service Limitations
Alba’s Organic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe inaccessible or outside the agreed scope of work.
Liability
While we take great care in providing our services Alba’s Organic is not responsible for pre existing damage normal wear and tear or issues resulting from inaccurate client information.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients we ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with reasonable notice.
Cancellations made less than twenty four hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
Same day cancellations or no shows may be charged a portion or the full cost of the scheduled service
In cases of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies Alba’s Organic reserves the right to reschedule services for safety reasons. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
